The liver is also in charge of producing certain proteins, these are transported throughout the body and it is also responsible for balancing the production of glucose. Given these specific and vital characteristics for the human being, it is worth asking: what is good for cleansing the liver?

In the first instance it is recommended to maintain a balanced, healthy diet, rich in vegetables, fruits, vegetables and grains, some of the most recommended foods are artichoke, broccoli and chickpeas.

3. Water:

Although it may seem redundant and somewhat obvious, the correct consumption of mineral water during the day is essential for the functioning and cleansing of the liver. It will also be helpful for the health of the kidneys.

4. Garlic:

This small food, which tends to be used mainly for seasoning and flavor, is also a carrier of multiple medicinal properties. Garlic helps build a good immune system, has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which protects the liver. Although to obtain these benefits, it should be consumed raw.

5. Tea:

The consumption of some teas helps in cleansing the liver in a natural way, which collaborates in the prevention of future liver conditions. Among them are:
